I created this student help desk curriculum for ECI 518 at NCSU. The goal of the course is to have middle school students learn about technology while helping their peers and teachers with issues that arise with the utilization of technology in the school setting
Tools used: Google Docs, Google Sites
Highlights:
- Student help desk is guided by three pathways - blogger, manager, and content creator
- Curriculum is based on problem and project based activities
